Delete your account

In the app

Open Swear It, then Me, Settings, Delete account, and confirm. It takes effect at once. If you put your own lock on deleting your account, it opens the way you chose when you set it, and then the account is deleted.

Without the app

Write to spatialsimp@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask one question to confirm it is you. We delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, username, email address and profile picture.
Your promises, their days, verdicts and reminders.
Your proof, appeals and requests, and every picture, clip and voice note sent with them.
Your conversations with the coach, its notes, and the files you sent it.
Health and fitness figures, saved places and arrivals, and connected-app access.
Your card's details on our side, and your signed-in phones.

Your running promises end that day and nothing more is charged for them.

What is kept, and for how long

Copies in our provider's routine backups are overwritten within 7 days.
Our payment processor keeps its own record of payments already made, as the law requires of it.
First-run statistics that were never linked to you (a random ID made on your phone before you had an account) are deleted after 90 days.

Things deleting your account does not do

It does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Swear It Plus in the App Store or Google Play: your phone's Settings, your name, Subscriptions (iPhone), or Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions (Android).
It does not refund charges already made. To question a charge, appeal it or ask for a person to review it before you delete the account, or write to us.

Deleting some data and keeping your account

You can end a promise, remove a saved place, disconnect an app or remove your card in the app. To delete something else, such as your health figures or a conversation with the coach, write to spatialsimp@gmail.com.
